Before it gets deleted, please go to al.com and read post number 1626 by a 2006 Spain Park graduate. Since the class of 2004, students and parents have been submitting petitions and letters to the BOE complaining in detail about the failures of Billy Broadway as principal of the school.  In typical fashion, the BOE never gives anyone who complains in writing or otherwise the courtesy of any type of response.  Silence (except behind closed doors in their illegal executive sessions) is all the public ever receives as a response, especially with respect to personnel problems and retaliation against students and teachers.  Broadway runs the school like a bully. And this graduate was smart to wait to present his or her concerns on the forum.  Broadway always finds a way to retaliate.  And the BOE and superintendent sanction his abusive actions and misconduct with their silence.
