It's been quite a while since a problem at Hoover schools.  Obviously too long:

Translation:  Things were going smoothly without Gary McBay at the planning position.  Now we had to put someone into it in order to avoid paying out a contract.  
 
What in the world would Hoover do without Dr. Jarnagin?
 
By the way, does anyone know how to get the contract to take school pictures at Hoover schools?
