Who is making proper use of the $10million to $14million OLD BERRY FACILITY???

Is it the Park and Rec Board using it; Is it the Shades Mtn Elem. school temporarily; Is 85% of the facility gathering dust and generating cobwebs? Is it listed in a National Commercial Real Estate Guide?

THAT COULD BE ALMOST TWO YEAR'S SCHOOL BUDGET!!!!!!
