I've heard it'll be a hotel... the lot looks to be somewhat of a small footprint for one, IMO. j/c

MoS, the deal with that URL not working is that when a URL contains a "?" in the string, the command doesn't recognize it and won't work properly. It's an issue with YaBB, and others as well.
