Lot off 150 @ Lake Paradise (east of the bridge)

Does anyone know what's planned to be built on the lot next to Andrew Jackson University on JHPkwy, next to the Lake Paradise Association's property?  I've heard it'll be a hotel... the lot looks to be somewhat of a small footprint for one, IMO.  j/c

Any clue as to what brand-name?  Surely we wouldn't be so lucky as to get a small private B&B, so I figure it's gotta be another national chain moving into the area.

Thanks.  MoS, the deal with that URL not working is that when a URL contains a "?" in the string, the command doesn't recognize it and won't work properly.  It's an issue with YaBB, and others as well.
